You may submit your poems via e-mail as a .doc or .rtf submission, they prefer shorter poems and while they welcome simultaneous submissions you must let them know if your poems are accepted elsewhere. Look at their site as they have links to their poems to get a feel for whether your poetry fits their aesthetic.

When sending your e-mail be sure to attach a .jpg of yourself and submit a third person bio up to 100 words.
