You may submit 10-15 poems and there is a specification to balance previously published and unpublished to 50-50, or fewer previously published poems compared to unpublished. I wonder why they want you to do the published/unpublished thing...
That makes me curious, too, but I didn't think to ask. Either way, still nice for those who don't have many poems published out of their collection.
